Vargen

This cottage area is located in central Åre Björnen on the slope of Björnängeberget, close to nature and the ski area. Lokattsliften, Vargenliften and the cross-country skiing center Åre XC-arena are around the corner. In summer, there are several nice hiking and cycling trails nearby. The center of Björnen is within walking distance, where the majority of restaurants and ski rentals are available. There is also an unmanned smaller grocery store in the Björnen area that is open 24 hours a day during the winter season. (You need a Swedish Bank ID to enter.)

Vargen is perfect for families. The children's area in Åre Björnen is just outside the door and it is easy to take a break in the apartment when the little ones legs are tired. It is close to Valle's après-ski, the ski school and the ski bus if you want to go to Åre.
