Welcome to Åre. Here you will find all the necessary information about your booking and other things that may be useful to know before it is finally time for your long-awaited holiday.
During the summer and autumn season, our opening hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the winter season, our opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m every day. On busy weekends and public holidays, opening hours may change.

Offer to our guests.
When you book accommodation with us at AGO in Åre, you get access to discount offers from our local partners. For example. discounts on restaurants, ski hire, activities etc. These vary from season to season. When your stay is approaching, we will send you the email "Before your arrival" where you will see which offers are available to you.
Check-in and check-out.
Check-in usually takes place from 4 p.m., possibly later on extra busy departure/arrival days such as national holidays and school holidays.
About a week before arrival, you will receive an email with all the information you need to collect keys and check in. All check-in and key delivery takes place via the white check-in box in the reception entrance, and it is also possible to check in outside our regular opening hours. You will receive two keys to your accommodation.
Luggage storage is available next to the reception at no extra cost. Safes are available for a fee (SEK 10).
Several houses such as Alpinhuset, Freestyle, ÅreParken, Dählie, Mitt i Åre 1 and 2 have their own luggage rooms.
Check-out takes place no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Return of keys takes place via the key drop at the inner entrance door in AGO's reception. When you leave the accommodation, remember that the dishes must be washed and/or the dishwasher started. The bed linen removed from the beds and the garbage carried out to the garbage can. Late check-out or inadequate cleaning may result in an additional charge. During winter, departure cleaning is included in the price, during summer and autumn it is possible to book departure cleaning in advance as an option.

Snow shoveling
The weather changes quickly in the mountains. Snow and wind can quickly make driveways, parking lots and stairs covered with snow again. A footpath shoveled in the morning can be completely covered an hour later. On days when it snows or has turned over and become slippery, we are out shoveling/anti-slip by sanding continuously at our accommodations. Certain lanes may be prioritized to ensure accessibility for emergency services. Please be patient, we will get to all of the accommodations.
