Parking information
- Print and bring the invoice / confirmation for your parking booking. It is valid as a parking permit and must be visible in the windscreen.
- Make sure you are in your pre-booked place. An incorrectly parked car can be a big problem for other guests who have pre-booked a parking space and may arrive late at night after a long journey. Some places are rented by apartment owners on an annual basis and are not available for rent.
- It is not permitted to pre-book more than one parking space per resident. Some exceptions may be made subject to availability a day or two after weekend arrivals. Contact the reception the day after your arrival for information on availability. You get access to the reserved parking space at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must leave the parking space no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Mitt i Åre 1 – Outdoor parking with unspecified spaces on Kabinbanevägen 22. Limited number of parking spaces; 30 parking spaces. The parking lot is called BRF Mitt i Åre 1983/ Mitt i Åre 1 – Kabinbanevägen 22. All bookings via AimoPark >>
Mitt i Åre 2 - Garage in the property at Årevägen 108. Maximum height 210cm. Limited number of parking spaces; 7 parking spaces. The spaces are booked via AGO and can only be booked in connection with accommodation in Mitt i Åre 2. Enter the apartment number when booking. The invoice is used as a parking permit and is placed in the windshield. Garage key is given in connection with check-in.
Mitt i Åre 3 – Outdoor parking with numbered spaces. Limited number of parking spaces; 11 parking spaces. The spaces are booked via AGO and can only be booked in connection with accommodation in Mitt i Åre 3. Enter apartment number when booking. The invoice is used as a parking permit and is placed in the windshield.
Åre Parken - Outdoor parking and garage in the property at Parkvägen 3. Maximum height 210cm. The parking spaces are booked via AGO and can only be booked in connection with accommodation in Åre Parken. Enter apartment number when booking. The invoice is used as a parking permit and is placed in the windshield.
Åre Fjällby Apartment AAF101-AAF598 – Outdoor parking with numbered spaces. Limited number of parking spaces, 158 parking spaces. The spaces are booked via Åre Fjällby's community and can only be booked in connection with living in the Åre Fjällby area, apartment 101-598. Enter apartment number when booking. Alpinhuset - One numbered parking space in a heated garage per apartment is included. Charging of electric vehicles for a fee. App required to start charging.
Björnen - Most residences have an outdoor parking space, individual objects have 2 or more outdoor parking spaces. See object description for additional information regarding each object. Some accommodations require a digital parking permit and you are asked to enter the registration number in connection with the accommodation reservation.
Drömstugorna - Outdoor parking spaces with unnumbered spaces, maximum one parking space for each cabin in the area's common parking area.
Dähliehuset - Outdoor parking and garage in the property at Årevägen 109 with numbered spaces. Please note that a few apartments in the building do not have parking and reference then applies to the village's public parking lots.
Freestylehuset - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces, same number as the apartment. Parking permits are issued in connection with check-in.
Grand Residence - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces, same number as the apartment.
Granen Residence - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces, parking permit from Hotell Granen.
Hummeln - Outdoor parking with unnumbered spaces, limited number of spaces, no space guarantee. Parking permits are issued in connection with check-in.
Liengården - Outdoor parking with unnumbered spaces, limited number of spaces, no space guaranteed. Digital parking permit is activated by AGO, you are asked to enter the license plate number in connection with the accommodation booking.
Mörviksgården - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces, parking is only included for some apartments, see the object description for what applies. Parking permit is issued in connection with check-in and must be returned at check-out. Please note that the majority of apartments in the building do not have parking and reference then applies to the village's public car parks.
Nya Lundsgården - Outdoor parking with unnumbered spaces, limited number of spaces, no space guarantee.
Olympia - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces adjacent to the accommodation. One place per apartment.
Olympiabacken Kallströms väg - Outdoor parking with numbered spaces, one space per apartment.
Skiers Lodge - Outdoor parking and garage in the property at Trondheimsleden 44 with numbered spaces. Parking permit for outdoor parking is issued in connection with check-in and must be returned at check-out.
Slalomsvängen - Most residences have an outdoor parking space, individual objects have two or more outdoor parking spaces. See object description for further information regarding each object.
Sporthotellet - Only a few apartments have a reserved garage space. Place 1-10 entrance around the corner next to the store called Norrmalms El. Place 11-17 entrance between the store Norröna and Norrmalms El. Individual apartments have garage parking reserved in Dähliehuset Åre Torg at Årevägen 109. Please note that the majority of apartments in the building do not have parking and reference then applies to the village's public parking spaces.

View - Outdoor parking, carport and garage with numbered spaces in the property at Kallströms väg 27-33. See object description for further information regarding each object. Åre Fjällby Apartment AAF610-AAF651 - A numbered outdoor parking lot on Östlienvägen, just above the apartment building.
Åregårdarna - Outdoor parking with unnumbered spaces within the area. Some accommodations require a digital parking permit and you are asked to enter the licens plate number in connection with the accommodation reservation.
