Sadeln is a quiet area with wide, lovely ski slopes located between Åre and Björnen. The area began to be built in 2017 and has now grown into a cozy area with cottages and apartments, perfect for families or groups of friends who prioritize skiing and time together on vacation. Björnen's cross-country trails can be reached by a short walk (depending on where in the area you stay) and in Björnen center there is a small grocery store that is open 24 hours a day (You need a Swedish Bank ID to enter.) There is also a grocery store in Björnänge, below Björnen next to Åre Chocolate Factory and the rout E14. Larger grocery store, pharmacy and other facilities are in Åre center which can be reached by ski, bus or car.
In Sadeln the pace is calm and the view from most of the accommodation is absolutely fantastic. All apartments in the area have a high standard, parking, sauna, kitchen, balcony / terrace and WIFI, most have ski in ski out location.
